Kämpin ravintolapalvelut tarjoavat ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden päästä työskentelemään korkeatasoisen banketti- ja tapahtumatoiminnan parissa viiden tähden ympäristössä.
TYÖTEHTÄVÄT
Etsimme kokenutta, itsenäistä ja oma-aloitteista ja laadukkaaseen palveluun sitoutunutta tarjoilijaa vastaamaan kanssamme Hotel Kämpin bankettipalveluiden onnistuneesta toteutuksesta. Tässä roolissa huolehdit tapahtumien ja tilaisuuksien sujuvasta kulusta – aina salin valmisteluista ja katosta ensiluokkaiseen pöytiintarjoiluun sekä asiakkaiden viihtyvyyteen.
Toimit tärkeänä osana bankettitiimiä ja varmistat, että jokainen yksityiskohta vastaa Kämpin korkeita laatustandardeja. Bankettitilaisuuksien lisäksi sinulla on erinomainen mahdollisuus työskennellä ja kerryttää lisätunteja myös hotellin muilla F&B-osastoilla (kuten à la carte ‑ravintolassa, aamiaisella tai baareissa) tarpeen ja osaamisesi mukaan.
Hotellimme on avoinna vuoden jokaisena päivänä ja työtunnit painottuvat viikonloppuihin ja pyhiin. Olet paikalla silloin, kun Kämp elää vilkkaimmillaan – luoden puitteet unohtumattomille hetkille. Liityt osaksi energistä ja monikansallista tiimiä, jossa arvostetaan ammattitaitoa, yhteistyötä ja hyvää yhteishenkeä.
TARJOAMME
Mahdollisuuden työskennellä Suomen arvostetuimmassa luksushotellissa osana korkeatasoista bankettitoimintaa
Monipuolisen työtehtävän ja mahdollisuuden työskennellä joustavasti myös muilla hotellin F&B-osastoilla
Kannustavan ja lämminhenkisen työyhteisön kansainvälisessä ympäristössä
Erinomaiset henkilöstöedut ja mahdollisuudet kehittää ammattitaitoasi
Työsuhde on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva ja osa-aikainen, jossa sopimustunnit ovat keskimäärin 25 tuntia kolmen viikon jaksossa (sopimustunteja tarjotaan tarpeen mukaan myös hotellin muilla F&B-osastoilla). Työt alkavat syyskuun aikana tai sopimuksen mukaan, ja palkkaus määräytyy MaRa TES:n sekä kokemuksen ja sopimuksen mukaan.
ODOTAMME SINULTA
Aiempaa, vähintään 5 vuoden kokemusta tarjoilutyöstä vastaavankaltaisessa toimintaympäristössä
Aitoa intohimoa korkeatasoiseen asiakaspalveluun ja tarkkuutta yksityiskohdissa
Joustavuutta ja valmiutta työskennellä tarvittaessa myös muilla hotellin ravintola- ja F&B-osastoilla
Hyviä tiimityöskentelytaitoja ja kykyä toimia iloisella otteella myös kiireen keskellä
Suullista englannin kielen taitoa, suomen kielen taito katsotaan vahvaksi eduksi
Positiivista asennetta ja halua ylittää asiakkaan odotukset jokaisessa kohtaamisessa
