Now, we’re looking for a Brunch Waiter (Extra) who thrives during the most vibrant hours of the week. Someone who understands that exceptional service is about energy, timing and attention to detail, turning a weekend brunch into an unforgettable culinary experience.

You’ll be a key part of our Dining Room team, setting the tone for our weekend service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, seen and elevated — from the first pour to the last bite.

Part of Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Hotels & Resorts, At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel with 343 rooms and suites, and 32 longstay apartments. In the house, you’ll also find our brasserie Dining Room, the winebar Blanche & Hierta, At Six Café, At Six Cocktail Bar and our rooftop bar Stockholm Under Stjärnona, a gym, and 3,000 m² of flexible meeting and event space.

The role

The job will be based in Dining Room, the main restaurant of the hotel. Our brunch buffet is a highlight of the At Six experience, and we are looking for candidates with a genuine, warm personality and a passion for attentive, personal service. You will be part of presenting one of the most exciting brunches in Stockholm, complemented by a diverse selection of beverages and wines. You will play a key role in creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

Together with the kitchen team, you will ensure that we consistently exceed our guests’ expectations. This is a part-time position and working hours are mainly on weekends, between 10:00 and 18:30.

Who you are

You have a genuine passion for gastronomy and hospitality, and you understand that true luxury lives in the details. You are calm under pressure, energizing on the floor, and take pride in seamless teamwork.

You bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume À la Carte restaurant service

• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits (Barista skills are a strong advantage)

• Fluency in English (Basic Swedish and additional languages are a plus)

• Passion for high-end hospitality and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Flexibility and full availability to work weekends (shifts mainly 10:00–18:30)
