Vill du vara med och skapa trygga, välkomnande och minnesvärda upplevelser för våra gäster? Stenungsbaden är en av västkustens mest ikoniska destinationer för konferens, spa, nöje och event. Nu söker vi professionella och serviceinriktade ordningsvakter som vill förstärka vårt säkerhetsteam under helger, högtider och större arrangemang.
Som ordningsvakt hos oss är du Stenungsbadens ansikte utåt när det gäller trygghet och trivsel. Ditt fokus ligger på förebyggande arbete, värdskap och att hantera situationer med lugn, bemötande och hög professionalism.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Arbeta förebyggande och trygghetsskapande i våra allmänna utrymmen, nattklubb, restauranger och vid större event.
Hälsa gäster välkomna och bidra till en varm och trygg atmosfär.
Agera snabbt, effektivt och med ett kontrollerat lugn vid incidenter och konfliktsituationer.
Samarbeta nära med hotellpersonal, entrévärdar, nattchefer och externa myndigheter (t.ex. Polis och Räddningstjänst).
Tillse att gällande ordnings- och säkerhetsregler samt alkoholagstiftning efterlevs.
Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som kombinerar en stark känsla för säkerhet med en naturlig känsla för service. Du förstår att rollen som ordningsvakt på ett hotell och en nöjesarena handlar lika mycket om god kommunikation och gästfokus som om ordningshållning.
Krav:
Godkänd och giltig ordningsvaktsutbildning (enligt gällande regelverk).
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Förekomma i belasningsregistret är uteslutet; vi söker dig med hög personlig integritet och stark moralisk kompass.
Meriterande:
Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom hotell-, nattklubb- eller eventmiljö.
Utbildning inom HLR och första hjälpen.
