At Quality Hotel™ Entry we are seeking a Sous Chef who, alongside the Food & Beverage team, will create a delicious dining experience for all our hotel and conference guests.
One of the greatest pleasures of staying at our hotels is indulging in fantastic food. Every bite should not only be full of flavor but also served with genuine warmth and a smile. However, crafting an exceptional dining experience involves many steps before a meal reaches the guest's table.

Curious to know more about the role?
- As a Sous Chef, you report to the Executive Chef and are responsible for chefs and other staff in the kitchen.
- As a Sous Chef, you are responsible for planning, costs and results whilst also ensuring that staff not only follow procedures and routines, but also develop their skills to their best.
- The position will also manage all the departments involved with food prep, analysing performance data, proactively creating action plans, and following up on feedback from guests.
- You will also help to support and guide the team so that they can develop and achieve their goals.
- Full compliance with regulations related to the environment or health and safety will also be your top priority!
- The position involves working days, evenings and weekends.
