Hotellimme ravintolatoiminta on monipuolista ja tässä tehtävässä pääset työskentelemään ravintolan useilla eri osastoilla, kuten aamiaisella, brunsseilla, ja a la carte-ravintolassa.
Työ sisältää aamu- ja iltavuoroja, arkisin ja viikonloppuisin. Toivomme, että voit työskennellä esteettä työvuorosuunnittelun mukaisesti.
Kohtaamme vieraamme ilolla, ja haluamme tuottaa heille elämyksiä, pelkän palvelun sijaan. Menestyäksesi tässä tehtävässä, olet aurinkoinen persoona, ja osaat toimia välillä hektisessäkin ympäristössä. Tiimityöskentelytaidot ja joustavuus ovat sinulle luontaisia ominaisuuksia. Hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot tulevat tarpeeseen kansainvälisessä ympäristössä ja tiimissä puhutaan sekä suomea, että englantia.
Toivomme, että olet kartuttanut jo hieman kokemusta tarjoilutyöstä, ja sinulle on tuttua, miten a la carte-ravintolassa toimitaan. Olet kiinnostunut alasta, haluat kehittyä työssäsi, sekä olla osa ammattitaitoista tiimiä.
Edellytämme, että sinulta löytyy hygienia- ja anniskelupassi.
Tehtävä on määräaikainen 31.12.2026 saakka. Työ alkaa sopimuksen mukaan.
Huomioithan, että tehtävän hakuaika saattaa umpeutua jo aiemmin, mikäli oikea henkilö löytyy.

Join the joyful Lilla Team! We are looking for a WAITER / WAITRESS (20–40 h / 3 weeks) until 31.12.2026
Our hotel’s food and beverage operations are diverse, and in this role, you will get to work across several different areas of our restaurant, including breakfast, weekend brunches, and our à la carte restaurant.
The work includes morning and evening shifts, both on weekdays and weekends. We hope you are fully available to work according to the shift schedule.
We greet our guests with joy and authenticity to create memorable experiences rather than just providing service. To succeed in this role, you have a positive vibe and know how to operate in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork skills and flexibility come naturally to you. Strong communication skills are essential in an international setting, and our team works in both Finnish and English.
We hope you already have some experience in waiting tables and are familiar with how an à la carte restaurant operates. You are passionate about the industry, eager to grow professionally, and excited to be part of a skilled team.
We require a Hygiene Passport and an Alcohol Proficiency Certificate (Anniskelupassi).
This is a fixed-term position until December 31, 2026. The starting date is negotiable.
