Kock till Brasserie X i Haninge
På Brasserie X lagar vi mat till Haninge. Lunchgästerna kommer tillbaka flera gånger i veckan och när det är fullt är vi uppe i 200 lunch. På kvällarna växlar vi över till à la carte och bankett för upp till 150 gäster. Vi är fyra till fem kockar i köket och söker nu en till.
Vad du gör hos oss
Lagar lunch till upp till 200 gäster, à la carte på kvällarna och bankett för sällskap upp till 150.
Står för konferensmaten, från lunch till eftermiddagsfika, och ser till att den håller samma nivå som resten.
Jobbar både varmt och kallt och tar ansvar för dina stationer från prep till service.
Är med och håller ihop kvaliteten, från beställningar och svinn till hur tallriken ser ut när den går ut.
Vi är ett hotellkök där alla hjälps åt. Det betyder att du tar din del av disk, städ och påfyllning och att du ibland hoppar in i restaurangen eller på andra delar av hotellet när det behövs. Det ska du veta innan du söker.
Vem vi söker
Du har jobbat i professionellt kök tidigare, gärna med både à la carte och större volymer.
Du är noggrann och bryr dig om detaljerna även den femte lunchen i rad.
Du håller huvudet kallt när det är fullt i restaurangen och är trevlig mot gäster och kollegor även då.
Du talar och skriver svenska obehindrat.
Har du jobbat med konferens eller bankett förut är det ett plus, men inget krav.
Vad du får

Praktiskt
Heltid, med 6 månaders provantällning, start enligt överenskommelse. Schemat är rullande och arbete sker helger, kvällar, dagar och högtider.
Vi intervjuar löpande och tillsätter tjänsten när vi hittat rätt person. Sista ansökningsdag 31 augusti.
