Customer Lifecycle Analyst

Location

Sweden, Stockholm

Location

Sweden, Stockholm, Norway, Oslo

Are you a curious, fast-paced analyst who loves turning complex customer and lifecycle data into commercial impact? Do you thrive in an environment where your insights directly shape strategic decisions and customer growth - rather than dying in a presentation slide? If you're looking for a role with high autonomy, sharp colleagues, and the chance to build a true data foundation from the ground up, this is your place to thrive!

We find ourselves at an exhilarating position. We’ve grown to over 250 hotels, broken the historic 20 billion NOK revenue milestone, and transformed how marketing, loyalty, and commercial growth operate at Strawberry. Now, we are taking our lifecycle marketing and personalization capabilities to the next level. We need a proactive Customer Lifecycle Analyst to be the dedicated analytics bridge to our Omnichannel and CRM teams.

Note: We are currently hiring three distinct analyst roles within our Commercial Insights & Personalization team. While all three share our passion for commercial data and high tempo, this specific role is dedicated to driving real commercial value across our customer lifecycle journeys and personalized CRM efforts.

What you will be doing

As our Customer Lifecycle Analyst, your main role is to be a trusted business partner and commercial challenger. You’ll dive into our customer data, map behavior across lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation), and proactively bring new solutions to the table – including the ones we didn't know we needed.

A core part of your mission will be to support and empower our Omnichannel team – led by Bjørnhild Kjørsvik (Head of Omnichannel) – providing them with the actionable insights, segmentation logic, and experimentation rigor needed to optimize relevance and customer lifetime value.

(We’re not looking for a static dashboard generator, but we do value foundational analytical hygiene. You own your data domain end-to-end: from building the pragmatic dashboards and streamlining monthly reporting that keep us grounded, to telling the commercial story behind the numbers.)

  • Dig into the "why" behind customer behavior shifts, lifecycle drop-offs, and retention metrics (LTV, churn). You proactively spot anomalies and trends across our customer journeys and bring these insights to light.
  • Streamline our recurring monthly lifecycle reporting and create clean, reliable dashboards/data structures that keep the Omnichannel team self-sufficient and aligned on core KPIs.
  • Independently design and analyze A/B tests and customer segmentations. Ensure statistical rigor and commercial impact while shifting CRM from tactical campaigns to data-driven lifecycle management.
  • Drive initiatives proactively. Take full ownership. Spot opportunities, ask the brave questions ("Have we looked into this?"), and run with them.
  • Balance strategy & speed. Move seamlessly between fast ad-hoc questions and broader strategic projects. Spread data literacy across commercial teams, increasing the organization's appetite for analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Who we think you are

You are a curious commercial storyteller who naturally digs beneath the surface and has the confidence to translate raw data into persuasive business recommendations. You combine a solid technical, analytical foundation with a deep understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle mechanics.

You are pragmatic, action-driven, and resilient. When you spot anomalous data or hidden patterns in the member base, you react with curiosity—using your analytical skills and proactive mindset to connect the dots and drive clarity.

  • Proven experience in CRM Analytics, Lifecycle Analytics, or Customer Data Analytics (around 5+ years of experience). Solid grasp of customer lifetime value, retention strategies, and personalization frameworks
  • Proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or GA4), and hands-on experience working with customer data platforms (CDP) or CRM automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong background in experimental design (A/B testing) and segmentation methodologies
