Er du udpræget B-menneske, rolig af natur og elsker du at have natten for dig selv? Vi søger en pålidelig og serviceminded nattevagt til vores team på Comfort Hotel Vesterbro!
Som nattevagt er det dig, der passer på hotellet, vores gæster og sikkerheden, mens resten af byen sover. Du bliver hotellets ansigt udadtil om natten og sørger for, at vores gæster får en tryg og god oplevelse – uanset hvad tiden på døgnet viser.
Om jobbet:
Stillingen er en deltidsstilling på i gennemsnit 10 timer om ugen.
Arbejdstid: Rullende skema med vagter hver anden weekend (fredag, lørdag, søndag nat) samt enkelte hverdagsnætter efter aftale.
Vagttidspunkt: Typisk fra kl. 22:45 til 07:15.
Tiltrædelse: Mellem 1.9-1.10
Dine arbejdsopgaver:
Ind- og udtjekning af sene og tidlige gæster samt generel gæsteservice om natten.
Håndtering af telefon, e-mails og nattenøgler/systemer.
Kørsel af nattekørsel / dagsafslutning i reservationssystemet.
Regelmæssige sikkerhedsrunder på hotellet for at sikre ro, orden og tryghed.
Let oprydning og klargøring af lobby, bar og reception til morgenholdet.
Håndtering af akutte situationer eller henvendelser med et roligt overblik.
Hvem er du?
Du er selvstændig, ansvarsfuld og pålidelig – du trives med at arbejde alene om natten.
Du bevarer det kølige overblik og en rolig udstråling, hvis der opstår uforudsete situationer.
Du er udadvendt og klar til at give vores gæster en god modtagelse, selv midt om natten.
Du taler og skriver flydende på et nordisk sprog samt engelsk.
Erfaring fra hotelbranchen, reception eller nattearbejde/vagtarbejde er en fordel, men ikke et krav – vi skal nok give dig en grundig oplæring!
