Clarion Hotel Aviapolikseen. Työtehtävä on vakituinen ja kokoaikainen, ja raportoit suoraan hotellinjohtajalle.
Clarion Hotel Aviapolis on luotu kohtaamispaikaksi niin business- ja vapaa-ajan vieraille kuin paikallisille. Kahdeksankerroksisessa hotellissa on 258 upean tilavaa hotellihuonetta, 12 inspiroivaa ja valoisaa kokoustilaa, The Social -ravintola, Living Room Bar sekä suuri kuntosali ja saunaosasto. Clarion Aviapolis on asiakkaidemme rakastama vantaan TripAdvisor numero yksi, ja hotelli on voittanut useita Clarion-ketjun sisäisiä palkintoja. Hotellin henkilöstö on puolestaan ollut menestyksekäs Pro-Gaalassa.
Edellisen tapahtumasuunnittelijamme siirtyessä uusiin haasteisiin haemme nyt tapahtumien tehopakkausta vastaamaan kokous- ja tapahtuma-asiakkaidemme unohtumattomista elämyksistä alusta loppuun. Olet etsimämme henkilö jos seuraava aiheuttaa sinussa kihelmöintiä takaraivossa;
Sinä välität aidosti ihmisistä – niin vieraista kuin kollegoistasi. Saat virtaa siitä, että langat pysyvät käsissäsi myös kiireen keskellä ja tapahtumat rullaavat saumattomasti. Vastaat tapahtuman yksityiskohtaisesta suunnittelusta, toteutuksesta ja seurannasta siitä hetkestä alkaen, kun varaus siirtyy myyntitiimiltä sinulle. Laadit orderit tarkkuudella, ja varmistat tiiviissä yhteistyössä hotellin eri osastojen kanssa tiedon liikkumisen.
Hallitset sujuvasti ryhmävaraukset, ennakoit logistiset haasteet ja varmistat ennakkolaskutuksen sujuvuuden. Pidät hallussa niin sähköposti- ja puhelinlinjat, järjestelmät (Esim. Mews & Event Temple) kuin hotelliesittelytkin. Et pelkää kääriä hihoja; tervehdit asiakkaita lämpimästi paikan päällä ja hyppäät tarvittaessa auttamaan tiimiä salin puolella kokouslounaalla – meillä toimitaan aina yhtenä tiiminä!
Et pelkää kiirettä mutta saat sitä jännittää. Se kertoo vain että välität työstäsi.

Tehtävään on hakuaika 7.9.2026 saakka. Haastattelut voidaan aloittaa jo hakuaikana. Työ alkaa joustavasti sopimuksen mukaan.
