Etsimme vahvistusta Hotel Kämpin ravintolatiimiin, jossa klassinen eleganssi ja ensiluokkainen palvelu luovat vieraillemme unohtumattomia elämyksiä. Tässä monipuolisessa roolissa yhdistyvät ikonisen aamiaisemme elämyksellisyys sekä hotellivieraidemme korkeatasoinen room service -palvelu.
Roolissasi varmistat, että jokainen vieras kokee saavansa henkilökohtaista, huomaavaista ja mieleenpainuvaa palvelua. Vastaat luksushotellimme aamiaistarjoilusta, erikoiskahvien valmistuksesta, buffetin ylläpidosta sekä ravintolan tyylikkäästä tunnelmasta. Lisäksi huolehdit room service -tilauksista ja niiden laadukkaasta toteutuksesta suoraan vieraidemme huoneisiin.
Täydennät tiimiä aamu- ja iltavuoroissa sekä viikonloppuisin (vuorot sijoittuvat klo 06.00–24.00 välille). Nopeatempoisessa ja elegantissa ympäristössä pääset kehittämään ammattitaitoisesta otettasi alan huipputasolla.

ODOTAMME SINULTA
Vähintään 2 vuoden kokemusta ravintola- tai asiakaspalvelutyöstä vastaavassa ympäristössä
Luontevaa ja tyylikästä asiakaspalveluasennetta sekä aitoa halua kehittyä
Kykyä toimia saumattomasti tiimissä ja säilyttää rauhallisuus kiireenkin keskellä
Hyvää englannin kielen taitoa; suomen, ruotsin ja muu kielitaito katsotaan eduksi
Tietotekniikan ja kassajärjestelmien perushallintaa
LISÄTIEDOTKyseessä on osa-aikainen tehtävä (sopimustunnit keskimäärin 30–60 h / 3 vko). Työaika sijoittuu klo 06.00–24.00 välille.
Työ alkaa syksyn aikana sopimuksen mukaan. Palkkaus sopimuksen ja kokemuksen mukaan.

Would you like to be part of the team at Northern Europe’s most prestigious luxury hotel?
We are seeking skilled servers to join Hotel Kämp’s restaurant team, where classic elegance and world-class service create unforgettable experiences for our guests. In this versatile role, you will combine the memorable atmosphere of our iconic breakfast with high-standard room service.
In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives personalized, attentive, and memorable service. You will be responsible for serving our luxury hotel breakfast, preparing specialty coffees, maintaining the buffet, and ensuring the elegant ambiance of the restaurant. In addition, you will handle room service orders and deliver them with high quality directly to our guests' rooms.
You will join the team for morning and evening shifts as well as weekends (shifts fall between 06:00 and 24:00). In a fast-paced yet elegant environment, you will have the opportunity to refine your professional skills at the highest level of hospitality.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or customer service work in a similar environment
A natural, polished customer service attitude and a genuine desire to grow professionally
The ability to work seamlessly in a team and remain calm under pressure
Good English language skills; Finnish, Swedish, and other language skills are considered an asset
Basic proficiency in IT and POS systems
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a part-time position (average 30–60 hours per 3-week period). Working hours fall between 06:00 and 24:00.
The position starts during autumn 2026 by agreement. Remuneration is based on agreement and experience.
