SPA Receptionist
Vi söker en karismatisk och positiv Spa receptionist till Skönhetsfabriken på Clarion Hotel Post.
Skönhetsfabriken finns på Clarion Hotel® Post mitt i centrala Göteborg i det gamla centralposthuset. Vi erbjuder ett brett utbud av behandlingar, träning och SPA-upplevelser.
Som Spa receptionist är din viktigaste uppgift är att säkerställa att alla gäster som besöker vårt fantastiska gym, spa, frisör och andra verksamheter får en härlig upplevelse av högsta kvalité som gör att de längtar tillbaka när de lämnar oss!
Därför tror vi att du brinner för mötet med människor, älskar wellness, har en positiv inställning, har mod att våga fråga, är initiativtagande och har god organisationsförmåga samt kan hantera arbete i varierande tempo men ändå behålla lugnet.
Du drivs av gott samarbete mellan dig och dina kollegor och har insikten att ta fullt ägandeskap inte bara för ditt område, utan för gästens helhetsupplevelse. Alltid och varje gång!
Kvalifikationer:
Du har arbetat inom serviceyrket i minst 1 år
Du har ett stort intresse inom skönhet och wellness
Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
Tjänsten är på 65% och innebär arbete under dag, kväll, helger och helgdagar. Som det är när man jobbar på hotell!

I tjänsten ingår arbetsuppgifter såsom:
Hålla högsta hospitality-nivå och därmed skapa en oförglömlig helhetsupplevelse för våra gäster.
Traditionellt receptionsarbete i ett gym/spa med in- och utcheckning, bokning av behandlingar och löpande drift.
Att ständigt verka för ökad lönsamhet och god kvalitet och att nå uppsatta mål för avdelningen.
Aktivt arbeta med merförsäljning och som rådgivare för våra gäster.
Löpande följa upp gästnöjdheten.
Hålla ordning på avdelningen samt övriga allmänna ytor.
Arbeta efter satta rutiner för avdelningen och ansvara för att dessa efterlevs.
Sista dag för ansökan är den 14 september.
Intervjuer sker löpande, därav kan tjänsten tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdagen.
Vi har kollektivavtal med Hotell- & Restaurangfacket och Visita och lönenivån på rollen följer det avtalet.
Vi rekryterar alltid långsiktigt, men börjar alltid med 6 månaders provanställning.
