Vi söker nu en engagerad, strukturerad och erfaren souschef för en tillsvidaretjänst på heltid. Hos oss på Selma Spa får du vara med och driva samt utveckla kökets dagliga arbete, leda teamet och skapa fantastiska matupplevelser för våra konferens-, hotell- och eventgäster. Vi arbetar med matlagning från grunden med stort fokus på säsongsanpassade och högkvalitativa råvaror. Du blir en nyckelperson i vårt köksteam där ledarskap, kvalitet, samarbete och arbetsglädje står i centrum.
Om tjänsten
Som souschef är du köksmästarens högra hand och en trygg ledare i det dagliga operativa arbetet. Du tar aktivt ansvar i köket, stöttar och vägleder kockarna samt säkerställer högsta kvalitet i varje tallrik som lämnar köket. Du deltar i menyplanering, varubeställningar, egenkontroll och schemaläggning samt kliver fram och tar befälet när köksmästaren inte är på plats. Du är en passionerad matlagare, men framför allt en engagerad och närvarande ledare med stor respekt för gastronomi.
Vi söker dig som
Har restaurangutbildning och flerårig yrkeserfarenhet som kock, samt meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet i en ledande roll eller som souschef
Är en trygg, kommunikativ och inspirerande ledare i köket
Är mycket kvalitetsmedveten, strukturerad och har god förståelse för köksekonomi, lagerhantering och egenkontroll
Är stabil under hög press, behåller lugnet och löser problem effektivt när tempot ökar
Har stark känsla för service, laganda och utveckling av medarbetare
Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och/eller engelska
Vill utveckla både dig själv, teamet och vårt matkoncept
