Comfort Hotel Xpress are highly functional budget hotels with prime locations. A hotel chain that promises to give our guests what they need, and skip the unnecessary. We have great locations, urban design and selected service (but the service we give is great!). We aim to be easy & likable.
We are currently looking for the right Barception Manager to lead our Barception in Stockholm: Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central.
The hotel has 257 hotel rooms, self service check-in and out, a Barception & deli and lobby with social spaces. The hotel is a well known player in the market, drives high volumes of guests and is expecting to continue to do so. This is a fast pasting environment with lots of exciting challenges and opportunities.
Your to-do-list as a Xpress Barception Manager:
● Drive operational excellence: As the Barception Manager, you are the hands-on leader on-site for your Barception. You ensure daily operations run like clockwork, from seamless check-ins and Barception sales to a great guest experience without the unnecessary frills.
● Lead your Barception team: You are a presence on the floor. You lead, coach, and develop your team to provide warm, urban hospitality that keeps our guests coming back.
● Live the Brand: You champion the brand by working closely with the team to deliver a great employer and guest experience.
For this role you need to (get to) know Stockholm like the back of your hand and be deeply connected to the community. You’re the go-to person in your circle—whether it’s for life advice or a restaurant tip for a Tinder date. Wherever you go, you spread joy and warmth—your energy and laughter are infectious.

What you bring to the job
We look for (new?) hospitality leaders with an operational background who promote a positive workplace culture and maintain high ethical standards. You succeed when guests are happy and your team thrives. You enjoy developing people and investing in fresh talent. Diversity excites you, and you understand the value that different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives bring.
● Operational & Leadership experience: This could absolutely be your first leadership role, with the correct combination of a minimum of 2-3 years of hospitality experience and relevant education and/or experience.
● Room for all: Your guests and team come from different backgrounds, and a keen interest in people and highly tuned in social skills are a necessity. Our corporate language at management level is English but this role also requires you to speak a Scandinavian language as many of our non-Scandinavian colleagues prioritize learning Swedish over English.
