Som första kontaktpunkt ansvarar du för smidig incheckning, bokningar och enastående service. Din positiva inställning och vilja att lära dig värdesätter vi högre än tidigare erfarenhet.
Vad du kommer att göra:
- Välkomna och hjälpa gäster på plats samt via chatt, e-post och telefon
- Hantera bokningar och bokningssystem
- Lösa problem och hjälpa gäster när det behövs
- Samarbeta nära med kollegor över alla avdelningsgränser för att nå våra gemensamma mål inom gästnöjdhet och ekonomi
- Tjänsten omfattar en tillsvidare-anställning på 10% (schemalagd arbetstid var fjärde helg), med god möjlighet till extra timmar vid behov. Tjänsten innebär varierande arbetstider, inklusive kvällar och helger, samt nätter vid behov.
Här kommer du att lyckas om du är:
- Flexibel, pålitlig och genuint serviceinriktad
- Bra på kommunikation och uppmärksam på detaljer
- Trygg med att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt och ta egna initiativ
- 20 år eller äldre (på grund av svensk lagstiftning gällande servering av alkohol)

- Vana av Mews eller andra hotellbokningssystem
