Quality Hotel The Book söker dig med passion för service som vill jobba extra i vår recpetion. Som första kontaktpunkt ansvarar du för en smidig incheckning, hantera bokningar och leverera en enastående service till våra gäster.
Vad du kommer att göra:
- Välkomna och hjälpa gäster både personligen, och via chatt, e-post och telefon
- Hantera bokningar och bokningssystem
- Lösa problem och hjälpa gäster under sitt besök.
- Samarbeta med teamet för att nå våra mål för gästnöjdhet, medarbetarnöjdhet och ekonomiska målsättningar
- Detta är en tidsbegränsad anställning på 20% med chans till förlägning och ökad sysselsättningsgrad. Tjänsten innebär varierande arbetstider under helger.
- Vår verksamhet är öppen dygnet runt årets alla dagar och arbete under högtider kan därför förekomma.
Här kommer du att lyckas om du är:
- Flexibel och pålitlig med entusiasm för service
- Lösningsorienterad och initiativtagande
- Bra på kommunikation oavsätt om det sker på engelska eller svenska
- Är en lagspelare som bidrar till en trevlig arbetsmiljö
- Du gillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo och är bekväm med att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt
- 20 år eller äldre (på grund av svensk lagstiftning gällande servering av alkohol)
