We are now looking for an amazing Assistant Guest Relation Manager.

We also look for:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • You speak one of the Scandinavian languages and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working with online reputation management is an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Guest Relation Manager you will work closely with our Guest Relation Manager, and be part of all aspects of the guest journey, from booking to departure - from booker to promoter. Answering guest feedback and being the online ambassador is also a big part of your daily life at work. Your love for Copenhagen and curiosity for creating unforgettable guest experiences comes to play when planning and facilitating our guests’ stay. 

In addition you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Being the one point of contact for our VIPs and guests staying in the suites
  • Personal meet and greet with guests
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the Guest Relations department
  • Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
  • Resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
  • Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments 
  • Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
  • Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
  • Following up with guests after departure
  • Being the right hand to and performing tasks handed to you by the Guest Relation Manager
