Jasmina started her journey at Realgymnasiet in 2018, showing a real love for the hotel industry. Thanks to the Hotel & Tourism Program by Strawberry and Realgymnasiet, she got to mix studying with practical experience at some of Sweden's best hotels. During her time at Realgymnasiet, she spent a lot of time learning on the job at different hotels.
After finishing school, Jasmina worked at Quality Hotel Friends for two years, moving up to a Supervisor position. She also worked part-time at other top hotels in Stockholm, like Clarion Sign, At Six, and Comfort Solna. Finally, Jasmina found her place at Comfort Hotel Solna, where she's now the hotel’s youngest Barception Manager ever at just 21 years old.
"With Energy, Courage, and Enthusiasm, anything is possible. It helped me achieve my dream of becoming a reception manager," Jasmina says.

At Realgymnasiet, students get hands-on experience in the hotel industry alongside their studies. They spend half their time at hotels within Strawberry, learning about different aspects of the business. They also learn about customer service, technology, IT-systems and Strawberry's values.
After graduating, students are guaranteed a six-month job trial at one of Strawberry's hotels. This gives them a chance to put their skills into practice.

We are proud to offer the six-month job guarantee after their graduation, which enables more than 50% of all the students to still work within our company after their graduation. This also provided them with preparation and valuable experience that will benefit them in the long term.”
