Haluaisitko työskennellä osana Pohjois-Euroopan arvostetuimman hotellin ravintolatiimiä? Haemme nyt kokeneita ja sitoutuneita vuoromestareita liittymään Hotel Kämpin uudistuvan ravintolamaailman avaustiimiin – paikkaan, jossa ajaton eleganssi, ensiluokkainen palvelu ja korkeatasoinen keittiötoiminta kohtaavat. Uudistuksen myötä Kämpin ravintolapalvelut – ja samalla mahdollisuudet – laajenevat tarjoten ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden työurallasi.

TYÖTEHTÄVÄT

Vuoromestarin tehtävässä vastaat keittiön päivittäisestä operatiivisesta toiminnasta omalla vuorollasi. Olet tärkeässä roolissa tiimin toimivuuden ja laadukkaan ruokatuotannon varmistamisessa, sekä henkilöstön tukemisessa ja ohjaamisessa. Odotamme, että sinulla on kokemusta esihenkilötyöstä ja à la carte -keittiöstä sekä vahvaa halua kehittää osaamistasi kokonaisvaltaisesti.

Arvostamme oma-aloitteista ja ratkaisukeskeistä työotetta, paineensietokykyä sekä kykyä innostaa ja johtaa esimerkillä. Laatu, käsityöläisyys ja hyvä tunnelma keittiössä ovat sinulle sydämen asioita.

Kyseessä on kokoaikainen tehtävä (112,5 h / 3 viikkoa), jossa työskentelet suoraan hotellin palveluksessa. Työt alkavat syyskuussa 2025.

Would you like to work as part of the kitchen team at the most prestigious hotel in Northern Europe? JOB DESCRIPTION

We hope you have some previous experience in supervisory kitchen roles as well as a background in à la carte kitchens. Most importantly, you have a passion for growth – in your leadership, teamwork, and technical skills alike. We value flexibility, a hands-on attitude, initiative, and strong leadership abilities. Above all, you are a positive team player who brings full energy and commitment to every service. You take pride in high-quality work and have a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship.

This is a permanent position directly with Hotel Kämp (112.5 h / 3 weeks), with the role starting in September 2025.
