HOTEL KÄMP ETSII INNOSTUNUTTA JA INNOVATIIVISTA KEITTIÖMESTARIA AAMIAISELLE

Haluaisitko olla osa Pohjois-Euroopan arvostetuimman hotellin tiimiä? Etsimme intohimoista ja innovatiivista aamiaisen keittiömestaria liittymään joukkoomme Hotel Kämpiin, jossa ajaton eleganssi ja lämmin vieraanvaraisuus kohtaavat. Uudistuksen myötä Kämpin ravintolapalvelut – ja samalla mahdollisuudet – laajenevat tarjoten ainutlaatuisen mahdollisuuden työurallasi.

TYÖTEHTÄVÄT

Aamiaisen keittiömestarina olet vastuussa hotelliaamiaisen keittiön operatiivisesta toiminnasta keittiöpäällikön alaisuudessa. Vastaat myös siitä, että innovatiivisuus ja kehitys ovat jatkuva tapa tehdä töitä ravintolan keittiössä ja se näkyy korkealuokkaisessa ruokatuotteessa. Olet tottunut varmoin ottein johtamaan keittiötä ja luot hyvää yhteistyön ja positiivisuuden henkeä ympärillesi. 

Kämpissä työskentelet inspiroivassa ympäristössä alan parhaiden huippuosaajien rinnalla. Meille on tärkeää, että olet innostunut ja motivoitunut ruokatuotteen ympärillä ja haluat kehittää osaamistasi jatkuvasti.

Kyseessä on vakituinen tehtävä (112,5 h / 3 vko). Työ alkaa syyskuussa 2025.

• Aikaisempaa kokemusta keittiömestarin tehtävästä, esihenkilötyöstä ja à la carte -keittiössä työskentelystä
• Sinulle sekä ruokatuote että asiakkaan kokonaisvaltainen aamiaiselämys on intohimo – kokonaisuus ratkaisee eikä mikään yksityiskohta ole liian pieni
• Olet tiimipelaaja ja saat ihmiset ympärilläsi tekemään töitä yhdessä yhteistä tavoitetta kohti 
• Rauhallisuutta ja ongelmanratkaisukykyä nopeissakin tilanteissa
• Halua palvella asiakasta parhaalla mahdollisella tasolla – Kämpissä vieras ja hänen kokemuksensa ovat kaiken keskiössä
• Nopea tempo vie sinua eteenpäin ja nautit, kun ravintolasali on täynnä
• Tietotekniikka ei ole sinulle haaste, vaan osa normaalia työarkea
• Hallitset Suomen työlainsäädäntöä tehtävän vaatimalla tavalla

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Breakfast Head Chef, you are responsible for the operational functions of the breakfast kitchen under the supervision of the Executive Chef. You also ensure that innovation and development are a continuous way of working in the restaurant kitchen, reflected in a high-quality food offering. You are confident in leading the kitchen and create a strong spirit of collaboration and positivity around you.

This is a permanent position (112.5 h / 3 weeks), with the role starting in September 2025.
