JOBBET
Som fastighetstekniker på Clarion Sign kommer du att tillsammans med dina kollegor på avdelningen ansvara för den dagliga driften och skötseln av hotellets alla ytor. Detta innebär att du tar emot felanmälningar och ansvarar för reparationer underhåll och tillsyn samt rapportering både internt till hotellets avdelningar och hotellets gäster. Du hanterar även tekniska system som styr och reglerteknik, vs, ventilation. I rollen arbetar du både självständigt och i grupp tillsammans med kollegorna på avdelningen. Du kommer att utföra felsökning och funktionskontroller av tekniska system. Resursbesparing och minskat klimatavtryck är en viktig del i tjänsten. I tjänsten ingår helgarbete.

Har du flerårig erfarenhet av service, drift och underhåll inom fastighet eller annat tekniskt område? Vill du ta steget vidare in i en roll som innebär mycket självständigt ansvar, förbättringsarbete och proaktivitet? Då ska du söka den här tjänsten!
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. Vi vill att du har ett stort engagemang och en god samarbetsförmåga. Du behöver vara ansvarstagande, arbeta proaktivt, vara lyhörd och ha ett driv i att utveckla arbetet och verksamheten.
Man behöver vara en lagspelare och förstå att gästen är viktigast i alla lägen
KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi ser att du har slutförd gymnasieutbildning samt flerårig erfarenhet av tekniskt arbete, gärna med dokumenterad erfarenhet av fastighetsservice. Eftergymnasial utbildning inom teknik/fastighet och inom VVS är ett krav. Vi ser gärna att du har kompetens och erfarenhet av att genomföra SBA-kontroller och skyddsronder. God datorvana. Ett plus, men inget krav är om du besitter el-kunskap.
