Vi söker en driven och erfaren person som ska ansvara för driften av a la carte, bankett och konferensmiddagar. Det vi söker är en stark ledare som lyfter och utvecklar sitt team, har ett öga för kvalité, detaljer och upplevelser.
För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har erfarenhet av att leda ett större team och är van att hantera chef- och ledarfrågor ödmjukt men bestämt. Du har erfarenhet från både stora banketter samt restauranger där beläggningsgraden är hög och servicenivån är i toppklass. Du har ett enormt engagemang, skarp kompetens och ett brinnande intresse för gästupplevelser. Du förväntas tillsammans med ditt team, vårda och utveckla upplevelsen för gästerna.
Vi ser gärna att din kunskap och ditt intresse för mat och vin är hög för att vi tillsammans ska fortsätta med utveckling och kvalitetsarbete för att bli ännu bättre. Du kan koordinera ditt fokus på både drift, här och nu och med din framtidsvision. Du drivs av att få med dig teamet och är medveten om att det är pusselbiten för att lyckas med vår resa.
Du är noggrann, resultatfokuserad, kan lyfta blicken och planera längre fram i tiden och är medveten om att det är fokuset på detaljerna och gästen, som gör att serviceupplevelsen blir toppklass.
Arbetstiderna är händelsestyrda och framförallt eftermiddagar och kvällar, både vardagar och helger. Som det är när man jobbar på hotell och restaurang!
