Vi söker en erfaren och ambitiös Restaurant Supervisor som ska vara med och sätta vår nya restaurang The Social på kartan i Borås. Tjänsten är ett vikariat då vår nuvarande ansvariga i restaurangen testar på nya utmaningar inom hotellet. Du ingår i restaurangteamet och rapporterar till F&B Manager.
Som Restaurant Supervisor har du ansvaret för att skapa unika gästupplevelser för restaurangens besökare samt leda teamet i att ge oförglömlig service. Vi vill att du har bred erfarenhet från branschen och att du har ett brinnande engagemang för människor, samt ett intresse för mat och dryck. Din positiva energi och goda humör smittar av sig, du är initiativrik, kreativ och en riktig problemlösare. Du har goda samarbetsförmågor, är öppen och tar fullt ägarskap för gästernas totala hotellupplevelse, och inte bara ditt eget ansvarsområde, varje dag.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat på heltid, ca 1år med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdatum så sök så snart du kan. Arbetstiden är förlagd efter restaurangens öppettider och inkluderar helgarbete. Lön enligt överenskommelse. Hotellet har kollektivavtal med HRF.
