Formål med stillingen
Du skal sørge for at gjesten får verdifulle opplevelser som blir til gode minner, og med ditt arbeid sørger du for at oppholdet blir enda bedre for gjesten. Du er profesjonell, med et glimt i øyet samtidig som du er genuint nysgjerrig på gjestene våre.
Du sørger for at gjestene gleder seg til neste gjensyn med Lily Country Club.
Hvem er du?
Vi er sikker på at du har god erfaring fra lignende stilling, og at du ønsker å utvikle deg videre. Du brenner for å gjøre dette til en attraktiv møteplass for gjesten ved å ha et høyt servicenivå, og et ønske om å skape en ekstraordinær gjestereise. Vi er også sikre på at du er en person som tar eierskap til din rolle, og fyller den med masse humor, lagspill og god løsningsevne. Du ser positivt på utfordringer, og går gjerne en ekstra mil for å finne de beste løsningene for gjesten sammen med dine kollegaer. Du kjenner på hvert fiber i kroppen at du vil være en del av Lily familien , og at du er klar for å utøve eksepsjonell service, samt å få alle gjester til å føle seg unike og sett.
Arbeidsoppgaver
Som resepsjonist er du en del av et team som yter høy service. Resepsjonen er hotellets ansikt utad og det første gjesten møter. Arbeidsoppgaver består av daglige sjekklister, inn/utsjekk, mersalg i form av bordreservasjoner og SPA inngang/behandlinger samt oppgraderinger, sørge for at det er god kommunikasjon med andre avdelinger og svare på henvendelser fra gjester.
Det vil være vakter med skiftlederansvar, spesielt i helger.
Krav
Førerkort klasse B
Flytende norsk muntlig/skriftlig
Erfaring fra hotell er en fordel og gjerne kjent med Mews.
