SALES MANAGER, HOBO HOTEL COPENHAGEN

Hobo is our idea of community. A place where we live, work, create, learn, and have fun together.
The Hobo Hotel concept was founded in 2017 when we opened our first site: Hobo Stockholm. In 2024 we also opened our doors to Hobo Helsinki. Our newfound perspective on hospitality was rapidly building popularity and was soon considered as being one of the local cultural institutions.

During autumn 2025, we're opening the doors in Oslo and Copenhagen.


We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for Hobo Copenhagen.
The role will hold a key position in the pre-opening phase for our hotel in the commercial department.
We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills who represents the Hobo brand and has international sales experience in hospitality.

Main Tasks

  • Event and conference sales.
  • Create excellent relations in both the business- and the leisure segment.
  • Arrange and carry out customer visits and secure high visibility around our valuable existing and new clients.
  • Arrange client meetings and guided tours in our fantastic hotel.
  • Ensure that the hotel has growing business traffic and implements new customers.
  • Your work is based on sales and strategies developed with the hotel's director and the commercial department.
  • Secure that our CRM system is always up to date.
  • Assist with all types of bookings.
  • Focus on the Nordic market.
  • Secure that new agreements align with the hotel's existing guidelines.

Requirements of competence

  • Knowledge in B2B sales.
  • High-level knowledge in systems and IT competence. Can handle and analyze statistics and act accordingly.
  • Experience in strategic sales work.
  • Broad experience in presentation and mediation in a sales environment.
  • Experience in hospitality is advantageous, but the right person will always be valued more.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English.
