As our Content Writer & Editor, you will be responsible for writing, editing, translating, and managing content across our extensive content ecosystem. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and representative in cross-functional projects where Brand & Content Marketing plays a key role—collaborating both within Brand, Marketing & Digital Sales and across other teams at Strawberry.

What you will be doing:  

No two days will be the same. One day, you might be writing an article about the best family-friendly activities in Bergen, and the next, you’ll be working closely with our Loyalty team to craft compelling messaging for a new member benefit. Alongside creating engaging, SEO-optimized content, you will also play a key role in content orchestration—ensuring that everything is up-to-date and easy for our readers to find. You will work closely with a team of content professionals, collaborating to elevate Strawberry’s content strategy.

• Write and publish editorial content from scratch, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand.
• Translate and localize content, adapting messaging for different Nordic markets.
• Represent Brand & Content Marketing in cross-functional projects, providing expertise on brand voice, messaging, and content strategy.
• We are currently migrating to a new CMS, which will be a focus area in the beginning. 

Who we are looking for: 

We believe you are a skilled and creative writer with a strong understanding of content strategy and digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you balance creative storytelling with structured content management.

We believe you have:

• Strong proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish).
• Experience in writing and editing with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency, combined with hands-on experience in CMS platforms and digital content management—ensuring content is not only well-crafted but also effectively structured, published, and optimized for online platforms.
• Translation/localization experience (a plus but not required).
• Background in digital marketing, with an understanding of how content drives engagement and conversion.
• Experience with web editing and content production for digital platforms (apps, CRM systems, or similar is a plus).
• SEO knowledge and an understanding of how to optimize content for searchability.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to stay organized and ensure progress across multiple tasks.
• Proactive with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to various topics – from hotel experiences and travel trends to loyalty programs and sustainability. A curious mindset and strong audience understanding are essential to creating content that both informs and inspires.

Details:  

This role is based at Strawberry HQ in Oslo and is part of the Brand & Content Marketing team within Brand, Marketing & Digital Sales. We offer a hybrid workplace, with some travel expected between our main offices in Stockholm and Oslo.
