Farris Bad Spa Resort søker en engasjert og entusiastisk person til å bli en del av teamet vårt som Host / Hostess. I denne sentrale rollen vil du være ansvarlig for å skape en varm og innbydende atmosfære for våre gjester, samtidig som du også vil bidra med servitøroppgaver som en del av dine daglige plikter, og dermed sikre en helhetlig og minneverdig opplevelse på tvers av våre fantastiske lokasjoner.
Hovedansvar:
- Hils på og ønsk gjester velkommen med varme og profesjonalitet, og sørg for en sømløs gjesteflyt i restauranten og andre områder.
- Gi oppmerksom og høykvalitets servitørbetjening, og ivareta gjestenes behov med effektivitet og omsorg.
- Håndtere reservasjoner, bordplassering og koordinering av gjesteflyt for å forbedre spise- og fritidsopplevelsen.
- Samarbeide med teamet på tvers av flere arenaer, inkludert Sjøsiden Bar og Matlounge, Takterrasse, Strandklubb og Bankettområder.
- Aktivt promotere og merselge menyelementer, spatjenester og spesialtilbud for å øke gjestetilfredshet og salg.
Krav:
- Minimum 2 års erfaring som hovmester eller tilsvarende rolle i et førsteklasses gjestfrihetsmiljø.
- En genuin lidenskap for salg og å levere fremragende kundeservice.
- Sterke organisatoriske ferdigheter og evne til å håndtere flere oppgaver i et hektisk miljø.
- Fleksibilitet til å jobbe på ulike arenaer innen resorten og tilpasse seg ulike miljøer og gjesteforventninger.
- Utmerkede kommunikasjonsferdigheter og en vennlig, imøtekommende fremtoning.
- Norskferdigheter på B2-nivå eller høyere er påkrevd for å kunne kommunisere effektivt med gjester og kolleger.
