INFORMASJON OM HOTELLET / ARBEIDSPLASS
Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport, et av Norges største konferansehotell, ligger sentralt til ved Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Hotellet tilbyr over 45 fleksible møterom med en totalkapasitet på 8000 konferansedeltakere.
Hotellet åpnet i august 2014 dørene til et nytt kongressenter, The Qube. Bygget har et netto etasjeareal på 13.000 kvadratmeter. Kongressalen brukes til messer, kurs og konferanser og er dimensjonert for inntil 6000 personer. Det kan serveres middag til 4500 gjester.
På tross av størrelsen legger vi vekt på å være et personlig hotell. Våre ansatte vet å gi personlig service og vi tar gjerne et helhetsansvar for ditt arrangement. Våre 432 lyse og moderne rom sikrer alle gjester en god natt søvn og et komfortabelt opphold

Ditt hovedansvar er å være vertskap for våre kurs- og konferansegjester under arrangementet. Dine ansvarsområder inkluderer:

Vi ser etter deg som elsker å være en god vert og trives i en hektisk hverdag. Du er en blid person som liker teamarbeid der man spiller hverandre gode. Det er et stort pluss dersom du har jobbet med kurs og konferansedrift tidligere. Som Host/Hostess forstår du at hvert arrangement er unikt og du strever alltid etter å overgå gjestenes forventninger. Du er en fleksibel person som liker å jobbe både høyt og lavt og er ikke redd for å ta i et tak. Du er ikke redd for å jobbe med store arrangementer der det er mange detaljer å ta hensyn til, og lar deg ikke stresse av dette.
Stillingen er 100% og innebærer dag, kveld og helgearbeid.
