Service & Support (SOS) är ett supportteam utöver det vanliga. Hos Nordic Choice Hotels (NCH) ingår du i ett sammansvetsat, dynamiskt support-team där du tar mycket ansvar och arbetar inom flera olika support-roller och projekt. Detta innebär ett tekniskt och varierande arbete i en pulserande miljö där vi jobbar tätt med våra kollegor på hotellen. Vi jobbar mot gemensamma mål och ständig förbättring - laget före jaget fokus.
SOS är SPOC - Single Point of Contact - och skall vara den naturliga och centrala platsen för service- och supportfrågor för alla NCH anställda.
SOS ingår i avdelningen Technology inom NCH. Vi levererar support till alla våra hotell i Norge, Sverige, Danmark och Finland samt huvudkontoren.
Vi söker efter:
Team leader med lagkänsla. Som i det dagliga skall se till att vi jobbar på rätt sätt med rätt förutsättningar. En person med kunden och kollegorna i fokus. Vi tror att du brinner för effektivitet och organisering.
