Work Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Manager at Nordic Light Hotel you thrive of leading and working with a progressive and professional service team. Our hospitality is genuine, rather thoughtful than polite.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that the front desk agents to become a high performance service team and achieve genuine service to all our targets groups.

You will together with the rest of the departmental management team; manage operational growth, profitability and drive improvement in guest satisfaction.

To ensure and improve the operational effectiveness and ensure that you together with your team provide a genuine and including guest experience.

To lead the team in all areas of people management, including recruitment, training and development, performance management

 

Who you are

  • Documented experience in a similar position 
  • Excellent motivating, training and follow through skills
  • You have a energetic approach to deliver genuine guest service at all times 
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English in speech and writing, to be able to understand Swedish. Additional languages is a plus

The position is full time and requires that you are able to work flexible hours, including weekends
