Nu söker vi en säker och kunnig Teknisk chef för att ta hand om Clarion Grand hotel Helsingborg. Du ingår i hotellets ledningsgrupp, och rapporterar till General Manager. Vi vill att du ska vara en person som drivs av samarbete och öppenhet samt att du tar fullt ägande för gästernas totala hotellupplevelse, och inte bara ditt eget arbetsområde, varje dag.
Denna roll är mycket viktig för hotellet, där din förmåga att driva systematiska processer, och att alltid ha gästens och personalens behov högst upp på agendan, är avgörande. Ingen dag är den andra lik och du brinner för att leverera service i världsklass!

Som underhållschef är du övergripande ansvarig för hotellets egendom, samt säkerheten i byggnaden. Vi söker dig som har relevant utbildning/certifikat, och/eller har minst fem års erfarenhet av liknande yrke.
Tjänsten omfattar följande arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:
Systematiskt arbete med brandsäkerhet, samt övrigt säkerhetsarbete för gäster och personal.
Ansvar för fastighetens förebyggande och akuta underhåll, både praktiskt och administrativt.
Du driver egna underhållsprojekt, och ansvarar för kommunikationen med relevanta externa leverantörer.
Gör upp planer för kontinuerligt underhåll, samt operativt genomförande av dessa.
Ansvar för lås- och larmsystem, samt att kommunicera aktuella rutiner till övrig personal.
Ansvar för externa leverantörer såsom vatten, fjärrvärme, avfall, hissleverantör mm.
Driftsoptimering av byggnadens klimatsystem, värme och ventilation
Ansvar för byggnadens tekniska installationer, samt underhåll av dessa enligt föreskrifter och föreskrifter.
Vara kontaktperson för husägaren i tekniska frågor.
IT-stöd för hotellgäster, konferenser och personal.
Ansvar för hotellets Wi-Fi, AV-teknik, telefoni och TV-system.
Kontaktperson för alla IT-leverantörer
Vid tillsättning presenteras en fullständig arbetsbeskrivning, samt en översikt över mandat och förväntningar
