Leverera service i världsklass?

Receptionsteamet, våra Service Ambassadors, är självgående och initiativtagande som strävar efter att leverera en sann At Six upplevelse 24/7 365 dagar om året. Vi välkomnar stolt våra gäster och hjälper dem gladeligen med allt de kan tänkas behöva hjälp med, check in/ut och allt däremellan. Vi uppskattar utmanande situationer där vår problemlösningsförmåga sätts på prov och vi får visa Wow känslan hos på At Six. Vårt uppdrag är att omdefiniera service, vare sig det gäller informera om vårt hotell eller ge tips på destinationer i vackra Stockholm. Receptionen har öppet dygnet runt och tar hand om våra gäster både på våra rum och lägenheter.

 

Rollen och vår filosofi
Som “Front Office Night Ambassador” är du ansvarig för en smidig drift i receptionen under natten, stöttar vår Night Manager med varierande arbetsuppgifter, check in/ut samt se över vår mail med förfrågningar om bokningar. Det sistnämnda ger dig möjlighet för ett utökat ansvar i samarbete med vårt säljteam. Rollen kommer med stort ansvar och flexibilitet då du både kommer arbeta med receptionen och bokningar.

Så vem är du?

Vi letar efter dig med 1 års erfarenhet från reception eller bokning/sälj, vi ser även att du arbetat med Cenium eller liknande välkänd plattform. Du har goda kunskaper i det svenska och engelska språket i både tal och skrift, ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande. Även B-körkort är önskvärt då vi hjälper våra gäster parkera i vårt garage. Vidare ser vi att du trivs att arbeta med ett högt tempo, med lyxsegment samt branschen i sin helhet. 

Vi ser att du har en positiv inställning, trivs att arbeta i ett internationellt team och tycker om att roligt på jobbet! Du ser lösningar före problem och har lätt för att ta egna initiativ, samtidigt som du tycker om att arbeta i team.

Krav för tjänsten:

  • Erfarenhet från arbete i reception eller bokning/sälj
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
  • Trivs med att arbeta natt och även helger vid behov
  • Vana med Cenium eller liknande program
