In January 2023 Strawberry started to roll out the new tech stack and ways of working out on our hotels, including among other things a new systems for PMS (Mews), POS (Munu), MICE (EventTemple) and SPA (Book4Time in pilot). We’ve rolled out approx 30 out of 230 already and the roll out is planned to be finished by June 2024.
We need more hands on deck in order to pull this off and are searching for 5-15 new roll out resources to be part of the dedicated roll out organization who will do the actual implementation on the hotels. Even though the roles are the same, there are 2 sorts of profiles we are looking for. Some more generic roll out resources but as we need to strengthen the team with especially MICE/Meeting&Event competence/capacity, please highlight if that is a field of expertise you have.

It will also be beneficial if you have a general understanding and interest in IT-systems and technology for the benefit of our guests and in our hotels.
As the hotels are scattered around the whole of Nordic, you must also expect to be on the move for a 40 +/- weeks during the roll out period, so you need to be prepared to travel across NCH properties.
The role and the opportunity:
The RollOut is structured with a central core team who does most of the initial pre-work and clarifications needed with the hotels and vendors. As part of the roll out teams you will contribute with the preparation and the actual implementation at the hotel alongside a hotel representative / hotel success manager.
Your role will be a key member / lead of a smaller team of representatives traveling out on the different properties, where you will coordinate and execute the necessary tasks and do onsite training needed for the hotel staff to prepare them for a smooth transition.
You will get plenty of support from the central core team, but you and your colleagues will be spearheading the initiative on the local property. We will in fact be extra dependent on you as there will be a large number of properties that will be both in the preparation and implementation phase in parallel, which means that your contribution will be absolutely crucial for the success of the project.
We are planning to onboard the new members as soon as possible, where you would get sufficient training and most likely at an early stage join a team onsite for on the job training to get you up to speed as soon as possible. The project is expected to be terminated by summer 2024.
By the end of the project you will probably have become one of the most skilled system experts in Strawberry, and you can either choose to go back to your old role or get the opportunity to pursue new opportunities in other departments in Strawberry, which might also be very relevant for you.
The project role will follow a separate compensation scheme.
