Midt i hjertet av Oslo troner Clarion Hotel The Hub, Norges og Oslos største og mest innholdsrike hotell, som åpnet med et smell i 2019. Clarion Hotel The Hub er ikke et tradisjonelt hotell, men en arena og møteplass - en Hub - for hele Norden. Fra åpningen til nå har vi allerede hatt hundretusener av gjester på besøk og hatt stor suksess med våre ulike bar- og restaurantkonsepter.

Hub Bar er den urbane møteplassen som aldri står stille og som utvikler seg i takt med døgnet. Det er stedet for deg som ønsker å spise freshe lunsj-retter fra vår “all day menu” på en pulserende og uformell nabolagsrestaurant, det er stedet for de uformelle jobbmøtene, kaffe-date eller et stopp før kveldens konsert. Ikke minst er det stedet for deg som ønsker å drikke spennende viner på glass, lokal øl, cocktails og mocktails til langt utpå natten.


Hub Bar Manager

Vi søker en positiv, selvstendig, resultatorientert og tillitsskapende leder til Hub Bar som evner å få folk med seg. 

Som Hub Bar Manager  har du et operativt og overordnet ansvar for baren. Du skal ta hånd om den daglige driften, service  og personalansvar. Du skal daglig lede og fordele arbeidet i avdelingen. Noen administrative oppgaver vil forekomme. Stillingen rapporterer til Front of House Food & Beverage Manager.

Fokuset vil være på disse arbeidsområdene:

  • Sikre at Hub Bar driftes ihht brand og respektive konsepter
  • Sikre den absolutt beste serviceopplevelsen for våre gjester
  • Delta i utviklingen av konseptet
  • Rekruttere, utvikle og følge opp personale
  • Sikre korrekt time-rapportering og lønnsgrunnlag.
  • Sikre tett samarbeid og god kommunikasjon med og andre F&B avdelinger
  • Ansvar for varebestillinger, lagerstyring, varetelling o.l

Stillingen rapporterer til Front of House Food & Beverage Manager.

 

Hvem ser vi etter?

Vi ønsker oss en leder med arbeidserfaring fra tilsvarende rolle som kjenner seg igjen i følgende: 

  • Erfaring fra drift av moderne bar med matservering
  • Du er opptatt av å levere høy kvalitet i alt du gjør
  • Evne til jobbe selvstendig og strukturert
  • En leder som kommuniserer på en klar og tydelig måte og er god på å motivere sitt team
  • Stillingen krever at du kan kommunisere godt på norsk og/eller engelsk. 
  • Du lever etter våre verdier energi, mot og begeistring

Hvorfor skal du søke denne rollen? 

Som Hub Bar Manager kommer du ikke bare til å lede en vanlig bar. Du vil lede en pulserende møteplass med mange ulike typer gjester, hvor en dag aldri er lik en annen. Teamet ditt består av både bartendere og servitører i tett samarbeid med kjøkkenet.

Dette er en rolle for deg som liker å være både høyt og lavt og elsker at en dag aldri er lik en annen. Du vil i denne rollen samarbeide tett med andre nøkkelroller i Food & Beverage på hotellet.
