Comfort Hotel Børsparken har sentral beliggenhet 300m fra Oslo S. Hotellet har 248 hotellrom, Æra Fitness (hotellets gym), fresh frokost, stor lobby tilpasset co-working og ikke minst en barception. Vår barception er hotellets midtpunkt. Her sjekker vi inn og ut gjester, er sosiale, skjenker øl, lager en drink eller serverer noe å spise fra vår Deli,
Hvorfor Norges Viktigste Hotell?
I tillegg til å være et helt ordinært hotell fungerer Comfort Hotel Børsparken som et verktøy for mennesker som trenger veiledning, kunnskap og erfaring på veien til fast arbeid i et inkluderende arbeidsliv. Sammen med OsloKollega hjelper vi mennesker som har falt utenfor det ordinære arbeidslivet og har derfor flere ansatte på arbeidstrening hos oss til en hver tid. Med hjelp fra våre gjester og egne ansatte gir vi dem verktøyene og erfaringene som trengs for å komme tilbake i arbeidslivet.
Nå trenger vi en serviceinstillt og handy Maintenance Manager.
På Comfort Hotel Børsparken er du sammen med driftsavdelingene med på å sette standarden for hotellet og hvordan det oppleves for våre gjester. Du vil blant annet få hovedansvar for å planlegge forebyggende- samt periodisk vedlikehold av hotellrom og fellesareal. Være hovedkontakt for våre samarbeidspartnere på elektrisk, brannanlegg, rør og ventilasjon. I tillegg følger du opp nødvendige serviceavtaler og pålagte rapporteringer på vegne av hotellet.
Litt om deg
Du er profesjonell og personlig i ditt møte med ansatte og samarbeidspartnere, har gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk/skandinavisk eller engelsk. Som person er du selvgående, kompetent og trygg i jobben. Du liker å "fikse biffen" ved å løse problemer hvor andre kanskje setter opp en lapp om "out of order"
Vi ser gjerne at du har erfaring fra en driftsavdeling på hotell tidligere, eller annen relevant erfaring.
