Now we at Klaus k want you to join to our very special team to be our new Duty Manager at reception.  You have experience in hotel work, a cool attitude to ensure the comfort of guests, you turn difficult situations into a win together with the rest of the team, and you see opportunities to do good for the people, the planet and the profit in everything you do. We have a lot of good crazy things going on at Klaus K,  but it only increases your enthusiasm to succeed and produce a top-class feeling and service, equality and experiences in line with Klaus K's values and goals, both for our guests and among the staff.

The job is a three-shift job, most of which are in the morning and evening, as well as on weekends. The job also includes taking care of the sales of the bar connected to the reception. At work you get to develop and plan Klaus K's daily operations, brand and our responsibility issues together with the staff and the hotel's management team.

We require good knowledge of English, you handle Finnish in everyday situations and all other languages are a big plus. We are looking for a person, and we don't care if you don't have all the papers in your pocket, but you must have the skills and responsibility to handle your duties and tasks carefully and with high quality.  You work and show your professionalism by energy, courage and enthusiasm. You are responsible for the work of the reception staff, acting as their immediate supervisor. We have another Duty Manager working as your colleague, and your supervisor is the Front Office Manager.

Job starts in January 2024 or according to the agreement. Position is full-time and valid until further notice and includes Strawberry's great personnel benefits.
