SPA MANAGER TO CLARION HOTEL HELSINKI AIRPORT
In 2024 we will finally open up the doors to not one, but two extraordinary hotels located side by side at the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport: Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport (505 rooms, huge meeting facilities, a rooftop restaurant and a spa ) and Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport (211 rooms). This hotel complex will be nothing less but the biggest one in Finland: two brands, one location, over 700 rooms and multiple facilities!
It's finally time to start recruiting employees who want to be with us on the journey, to make the fire crackle a little extra and deliver guest experiences beyond the ordinary. Are you one of them?
Right now we are looking for an experienced and driven Spa Manager who will be involved in shaping our new spa concept.

As Spa Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department with a focus on satisfied employees & guests as well as running a profitable business through sales focus and effective planning. This includes all outlets, such as treatment rooms, pool terrace, lounge and reception. You work closely with our meetings & events department where you will run several projects
Your most important tasks are to ensure that our fantastic spa is fully booked every day of the week and that everyone who visits us longs to return when they leave! You will also be responsible for scheduling, quality level, training, forecasting and that set KPIs are complied with. You report directly to the Hotel Manager.
Working hours are adapted to the hotel's operations, which means that day, evening and weekend work prevails.
