Are you passionate about loyalty programs and well-versed in accrual and redemption transactions? Do you have experience with CRM, loyalty program propositions, membership, and partnership data, reporting, and insights creation that drives member and business value?

If you love Loyalty and believe in the idea that loyalty programs are crucial, we want to talk to you! We are looking for an Analytics Manager within Loyalty and Partners to join our team and take our program to the next level.

We want to ensure our customers become members, stay loyal and happy, and see Strawberry as the right brand for them! To achieve this, we need your help to understand our membership and partnership data, monitor relevant KPIs, and continuously improve our loyalty program.

What you will be doing: 

In this role, you'll be key to identifying how we can improve the member journey and lifecycle. You will be part of a team responsible for understanding our customers and making things more relevant for them every day. You'll collect relevant data, conduct analytics, and present insights to help the organization deliver the best customer experience and drive business KPIs.

Besides working with analysts, CRM and Loyalty experts, and Product teams, you'll mold this role into your own perfect one. Be part of the culture of guest obsession, data centrality, test-and-learn, and happy individuals who know how to have fun.

Who we think you are:

We are looking for someone comfortable looking into our membership and partnership propositions, using data, insights, and experimentation to deliver our customer promise. You should have a strong command over data and reporting and can produce relevant insights. Experience in developing operative models based on insights to increase business performance is crucial.

You've worked in CRM and Loyalty, collaborated with product, sales, and marketing teams, and worked with analytics teams to test, measure, and attribute value to delivered ideas. You are curious and always want to be up to date with the market and the latest happenings around customers, loyal members, and loyalty topics. Experience in point valuation, customer lifetime value, member journey mapping, CRM, experimentation and working in an agile environment will be considered a definite plus.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer-/CRM-analyst or similar roles. 
  • Proven experience in assessing different sets of data, assembling it from various source systems, and activating it. 
  • Expert in test- and performance methodologies related to personalized communication and offering. 
  • Experience in analytical platforms such as Big Query, SAS EG, Google Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI Native in either SQL and/or Python coding. 
  • Experience and a pedagogical mindset of helping an organization become more data-driven. Strong integrity - comfortable acting as the devil’s advocate.
  • Experience from the travel & hotel industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
