I juni brandar vi om Hotel Strand till Comfort Hotel Sundsvall, och vi söker en hotelldirektör som kan leda denna spännande transformation.
Comfort Hotel® är en hotellkedja som lovar att ge våra gäster det de behöver, men vi skippar det onödiga. Och på Comfort Hotel Sundsvall införlivar vi allt som är viktigt för oss – miljöfokus, perfekt läge, sociala ytor att trivas på.
Vi har ambitionen att bli stans skönaste hotell. Ytorna är designade för att ge utrymme för mer än bara hotellboende. Här vill vi samla entreprenörer, startups, frilansare, gäster och locals.
Hotellet är perfekt placerat i centrum, med utsikt över vattnet och Sundsvallsbron. Vi har 203 rum, gym, frukost, laundromat och sist men inte minst – vår Barception. Hotellets hjärta där du kan checka in, hänga i baren eller ta något att äta.
Comfort Hotel Sundvall drivs av hotelloperatören Gest Hotels, under franchiseavtal med Comfort och du rapporterar till Director of Operations i Gest Hotels.
Är du hotelldirektören vi längtar efter?
Som hotelldirektör för Comfort Hotel Sundsvall har du ansvar för all som rör hotellet, och du är den lokala ledaren som ska ta hotellet till nya höjder.
Några av dina viktigaste uppgifter är:
Du är en person som hänger med i nyheterna och ser till att ingenting går dig förbi. Du känner också din stad och älskar ditt hotell och lokalsamhället. Du är resultatorienterad och gillar att hålla hotellets sociala mediekanaler på plats. Du sprider glädje och värme omkring dig, och ditt skratt smittar av sig. Vi ser dig som någon som är lättsam, livlig och extrovert. Du är pålitlig och tar fullt ägande för att få saker gjorda. Du har ett entreprenöriellt tänkesätt och en stark ledarskapsförmåga. Du är den dina vänner skulle ringa i nödfall eller för att få ett tips om vilken restaurang de ska ta sin Tinder-dejt till. Du behöver grundläggande kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Kunskaper i andra språk är meriterande.

Comfort Hotel Sundsvall is perfectly located in central Sundsvall. Feel at home in one of our 203 hotel rooms and sleep comfortably in our Jensen beds. 110 hotel rooms have recently been renovated and several of the rooms have a view of the sea and Sundsvall's bridge. The hotel is perfect whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with family or your sports team.
