The role encompasses both operational and strategic tasks, offering an exciting opportunity to lead our bar team to new heights. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling. Your creativity will shine as you curate and update an exceptional cocktail menu, reflecting our brand's identity and the latest mixology trends. Given our position at one of Oslo's most vibrant theater scenes, applying for this role should stem from your passion for managing large volumes of bar guests simultaneously. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in training, motivating, and leading our team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients, as well as monitoring and controlling beverage costs and budgets to maximize profitability.
