Nå søker vi en ivrig og ambisiøs Front Office Supervisor som skal være med på å drive servicen i hotellets resepsjon til nye høyder.

  • Du har en varm og omtenksom personlighet.
  • Du synes det er gøy å småprate med både store og små, og å gjøre noens dag litt bedre.
  • Du er en naturlig inspirator som motiverer mennesker rundt deg bare ved å være deg selv.
  • Du ser det store i det lille og har sans for detaljer.
  • Du forstår at salg = service og sammen oppnår vi våre mål.
  • Du er selvstendig og fleksibel og liker høyt tempo.
  • Du er flytende i både tale og skrift på norsk as well as in English for å kunne møte alle våre gjester på et så personlig nivå som mulig.
  • Du kan ta raske beslutninger når det kreves.
  • Du har gode datakunnskaper
  • Du er punktlig og lojal.
  • Du har arbeidserfaring fra hotellresepsjon, eventuelt annen relevant erfaring. Fagbrev og kjennskap til Mews/Event Temple er stor fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Du har fylt 20 år.

Om jobben:

  • Du skal utføre tradisjonelt resepsjonsarbeid som å sjekke gjester inn og ut, svare på telefoner og epost, ta i mot bestillinger, forberede ankomstliste, følge sjekklistene, mm.
  • Du har ansvaret for å skape unike gjesteopplevelser for hotellets gjester, samt lede teamet i å gi uforglemmelig service.
  • Du skal motivere resepsjonistene, fordele oppgaver og jobbe for økt lønnsomhet, god kvalitet og for å nå avdelingens mål innenfor mersalg, gjestetilfredshet, verving, medarbeiderengasjement og effektivitet.
  • Du skal i samråd med din nærmeste leder, skape rutiner for avdelingen, kvalitetssikre disse, og sørge for at de etterleves. 
  • Du skal kontinuerlig følge opp gjestetilfredsheten, og agere når det er nødvendig. 
  • Du vil i utgangspunktet arbeide på dagtid + hver tredje helg (kveldsarbeid, oftere helgearbeid i perioder og endringer i turnus kan forekomme og må påregnes)
  • Du skal rapportere til Front Office Manager og være ansvarlig stedfortreder når vedkommende ikke er til stede.
  • Ved ansettelse blir en fullstendig stillingsbeskrivelse presentert, samt en oversikt over mandat og forventninger 
  • Oppstart er 1 agust 2024 eller tidligere etter avtale.
