We’re on the hunt for a Revenue Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Management team in Helsinki, Finland starting summer 2024.
The Revenue Manager’s prime responsibility is to maximize revenue, profit, and market share for the selected set of hotels. The Revenue Manager oversees strategic and tactical revenue initiatives as well as identification of future market and hotel opportunities. Duties include proactive management of all processes associated with demand, forecasting, pricing, opportunity analysis and inventory management. The Revenue Manager plans and manages the hotels’ sales strategy and decides pricing and channel mix for transient and group business. Development and realization of the synergies between a given set of hotels and the rest of the Strawberry Hotels is an essential part of the role.
The Revenue manager works as a member of Strawberry Revenue management team and in close cooperation with Strawberry Field & Inhouse Sales and Marketing teams, as well with the dedicated hotel teams. The Revenue Manager reports to the Director of Revenue management of Strawberry, Finland.
