One of our key areas going forward will be HR and our HR suite of systems that we need to redefine especially  after our new tech stack roll out on all our hotels, meaning we have replaced all fulfillment and ERP systems etc. during 2023/20234. 

As of now there are several initiatives around our HR suite and connected systems across where we need you onboard to help out work closely with the HR department to understand their requirements & needs. From a technical standpoint be able to translate HR requirements to an understandable IT language to get a joint acceptance of the underlying HR needs from various stakeholders in the organization..

What you will be doing:

As our HR Platform Owner you will have the overall technical responsibility for the whole HR Suite within Strawberry, both for all our hotels & our HQ staff. The role will be SPOC, not only towards our system vendors & service providers but also between HR & our technology department. 

You will assist in negotiations with vendors, set requirement specifications, analyze the ways of working and drive continuous improvements from an HR perspective. 

You will also be driving smaller IT projects related to HR systems where you need to be able to estimate resource needs & costs, do analyzes to be able to build business cases together with HR & technology departments.  

Some of the systems & processes included or to be included in the HR suite are:

Self Audits, Crisis management, WorkForce Management, HR Master/Master Data Management/SAP Successfactor EC/Sympa, Get Accept, Peakon (Employee engagement), Motimate (E-Learning platform), Pihr (Salary equality review) and Deviation management system. 

This role will give you an opportunity to work across different business entities in Strawberry helping them use technology to reach their strategic goals. 

You will report to both HR management & Director of Group Applications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Payroll & Work Force management processes as they are tightly connected to each other.
  • Help design and develop our HR suite to meet business requirements and deliver value to our stakeholders.
  • Oversee & review solutions for all new development within the HR platform 
  • Ensure the creation of robust solutions for the future, along with the further development of our existing HR suite and processes connected.
  • Perform easier configurations and setup.
  • Build business cases and present to management.
  • Be the SPOC for HR on technical and architectural questions.
  • Stakeholder management.  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as product owner within the HR domain and connected HR systems
  • Knowledge around standard HR business processes 
  • Technical HR skills and understanding of underlying integrations on how HR systems connects with one another 
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with different stakeholders and understand the actual needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian/Swedish and English
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the whole HR domain

The role is to be based in Strawberry´s head office in Stockholm or Oslo.
