Bartender - Espier

Espier bar is a cocktail bar on the 14th floor of Clarion Hotel Stavanger. In a short period of time we’ve grown to become one of Stavanger’s leading cocktail destinations. Service and taste is the main focus of everything we’re doing, and we are striving each night to give our guests a unique experience. Every year we launch a new concept menu with exciting flavors and with a continuous goal of renewal. We are now looking for a Bartender in an 80% role to play a key part in our team.

As a bartender you’ll have a crucial role in creating unique experiences for Espier’s guests. We want you to have a burning passion for, and good knowledge of, food and beverage. We’re looking for you who’s professional and personal in your meeting with our guests and you have a positive and infectious energy. Du take initiative and you like to learn more, the nerdier, the better. We would like you to have experience from similar kind of work and with good references. 

You’re a team player, who can also work independently. You take responsibility and are driven by good cooperation between you and your coworkers. You take complete ownership for the guests' complete hotel experience, not just your department, every day. 

The position involves work mainly in the evenings and weekends - Just like usual hotel work.

For the position the following assignments will be given:

• To create unforgettable experiences for the Espier’s guests
• Traditional bar and serving tasks
• At all times work to ensure increased profitability, good quality and that the department achieves its goals
• At all times stay updated on current menus, routines and guidelines
• Continually follow up guest satisfaction, and act wherever necessary.
• At appointment to the position a cohesive work description will be presented, as well as an overview of the mandate and expectations. 

Appointing the position will happen consecutively and could happen before the application deadline.
