BREAKFAST MANAGER (Vikariat) WANTED

We are now looking for a skilled Manager for our BREAKFAST CREW! 

Comfort Hotel® is a hotel chain where we give our guests what they need, and skip the unnecessary. At Comfort Hotel Bodø we have everything that is important to us; environmental focus, perfect location, and social spaces to thrive in. All for a modest price tag.

The hotel has a central location, 158 hotel rooms, and 3 meeting rooms. We have a gym, a laundromat for those guests who want to wash their dirty laundry, a bar reception which is a cool mix of reception and bar.

With an eye for detail, a heart that beats for the environment, and an interest in taste, you help set the standard for the hotel's results. You are a joy spreader with an infectious laugh. We also want your energy to rub off on both guests and other employees. You have a relaxed style, but at the same time are professional and flexible and enjoy busy days.

As a Breakfast Manager at Comfort Hotel Bodø, you work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the team to ensure all production and serving of food for conferences and breakfast.

Tasks:

• Administrative tasks
• Responsible for the breakfast staff and scheduling hours
• Prepare and cook breakfast
• Make sure our buffet is full and flawless during breakfast serving
• Take care of the dishes both during and after breakfast
• Ensure that your team delivers good service to guests
• Ordering and handling of produce, as well as cost of produce and staff, inventory counting and breakfast counting
• Prepare lunch, conference breks and dinner for our groups
• Customer contact
• Follow all statutory and chain-imposed rules, routines, concepts, and standards in daily operations.
• Good knowledge of IK Mat and food safety (HACCP).
• Be part of developing a food concept that follows the Comfort Brand.

Qualifications:

• You are reliable and take full responsibility for achieving goals and results.
• You work well under pressure and have good communication skills.
• You are a team player and will promote unity in the F&B department
• Contributes to a good working environment.

You must have basic knowledge of Norwegian or English, both orally and in writing

We are hiring a 100% Breakfast Manager. It is a temporary position, but with the possibility of extending to a permanent position. Get in contact for more information.
