SALES MANAGER til HOBO OSLO

 

Hobo er vår idé om et fellesskap. Et sted vi bor, jobber, skaper, lærer og har det gøy – sammen. 

Hobo-konseptet har sine røtter i Sverige, med åpningen av Hobo Stockholm i 2017 og Hobo Helsinki i 2024. Den nyskapende tilnærmingen til gjestfrihet ble raskt populær og gjorde hotellet til en institusjon på den lokale kulturscenen. Nå kommer Hobo endelig til Norge, og skal åpne i oktober 2025.

 

Nå søker vi en Sales Manager for Hobo Oslo – en nøkkelperson i pre-opening fasen av hotellet og i den kommersielle avdelingen. Vi ser etter deg som har sterke kommunikasjonsevner, respresenterer merkevaren Hobo og har internasjonal salgserfaring innen hotellbransjen. 

 

Hovedoppgaver

  • Salg av eventer og konferanser, samt skape gode relasjoner til business og leisure.
  • Avtale og gjennomføre kundebesøk og holde en høy tilstedeværelse hos våre verdifulle kunder, nye som gamle.
  • Gjennomføre kundemøter og visninger på vårt fantastiske hotell.
  • Sørge for at hotellet øker sin andel av forretningstrafikk, samt sørge for implementering av nye kunder.
  • Arbeidet bygger på salgsplaner og innsatsplaner som utarbeides i samråd med hotellets direktør og kommersielle avdeling.
  • Sørge for at CRM system alltid er oppdatert med ny informasjon.
  • Assistere med alle typer bookinger.
  • Fokus på det nordiske markedet.
  • Sørge for at avtaler er satt opp i henhold til hotellets retningslinjer.

  • Sulten, resultatorientert og strukturert.
  • Trives med høy aktivitet og masse kundekontakt i form av telefoner, møter, visninger og kundearrangementer.
  • Nysgjerrig og alltid åpen for videreutvikling og læring.  
  • Initiativrik, løsningsorientert, helhetstenkende og selvstendig. 
  • Gode evner til samarbeid, samtidig som du ikke er redd for å arbeide selvstendig i det daglige.
  • Du drives av høye prestasjoner og tåler å bli målt på det. 

Kompetansekrav 

  • Erfaring fra B2B-salg.
  • God system- og IT-kompetanse - kunne håndtere og lese statistikk og ta handling deretter. 
  • Erfaring fra strategisk salgsarbeid.
  • Bred erfaring med presentasjon og formidling i et salgsperspektiv.
  • Hotellerfaring er også en fordel, men rett person på rett plass er viktigst. 
  • Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper.
