Olet hyvinvoinnista kiinnostunut asiakaspalvelun ammattilainen tai moniosaaja, ja tyytyväinen asiakas on ykkösprioriteettisi. Ymmärrät luksuksen mukanaan tuomat mahdollisuudet sekä haasteet, ja näet nämä ennen kaikkea tilaisuutena onnistua. Olet nopea ongelmanratkaisija ja halukas kehittämään sekä kehittymään yhdessä tiimisi kanssa. Sinulla on kokemusta erilaisten järjestelmien käytöstä, ja hallitset hyvin sekä suomen että englannin kielen.
Tehtäviisi kuuluu mm. spa-asiakkaiden hoitovarausten tekeminen sekä laskuttaminen, siisteyden ylläpitäminen, pienen hostess-tiimimme vuoroesihenkilönä toimiminen, työvuorolistojen teko sekä yleiset asiakaspalvelutehtävät.
Toivomme sinulta somealustojen hallintaa (osa tunneista mahdollista käyttää St. George Caren somekanavien sisällön tuottamiseen), mutta tämä ei ole välttämätöntä.
