I Nordic Hotels & Resorts vil du som Revenue Manager være en drivkraft i det kommersielle tannhjulet. Som Revenue Manager jobber du i en kommersiell avdeling hvor du kommer til å ha stor påvirkning med andre kommersielle disipliner.
Nordic Hotels & Resorts består av en enestående gruppe hoteller, resorter og restauranter innen livsstil- og high end-segmentet i Norden. Vi er stadig i utvikling og vekst, og nå ser vi etter vår nye revenue manager i vårt kommersielle team i Oslo. Vi ser for oss at du har erfaring med revenue management/total revenue management, distribusjon og gjerne også etablering eller åpning av hotell. Nordic Hotels & Resorts består av hotell og resorter som Sommerro, THE THIEF, Amerikalinjen, Farris Bad, Son Spa med flere.
Primære arbeidsoppgaver
Du vil være en del av Nordic Hotels & Resorts sin kommersielle avdeling og sørge for optimering av inntektsstrømmer på to hoteller i vår portefølje i Norge. Du vil være basert i Oslo på vårt hovedkontor på Frogner.
Som revenue manager behøver du å være detaljfokusert, strukturert og strategisk i ditt arbeide for å sikre topplinje gjennom aktivering, distribusjon og yielding. Vi ser gjerne at du har erfaring med total revenue management og har gode kommunikative evner til både å ha daglig oppfølging med driftsavdelinger og evner å formidle tall som beslutningsunderlag for både praktiske og strategiske formål til dine hotell.
Ditt hovedfokus vil være topplinje, optimering og implementering av strategier satt av både deg selv, kommersielt team og hotelldirektør. Dette innebærer blant annet daglig yielding, forecasting, segment- og distribusjonsanalyser. Vi vektlegger viktigheten av å være delaktig og sikre samsvar mellom revenue-, salg- og markedsaktiviteter/strategier, samt å sørge for at hotellets avdelinger til enhver tid er oppdatert på de rådende markedsforholdene. Rollen vil innebære å sette og følge opp actions, aktiviteter og strategier for å drive omsetning og sikre lønnsomhet i respektive kanaler. Med vårt nye systemlandskap som rulles ut i disse dager, vil du også ta del i setup av systemer. Du vil inngå i det sentrale kommersielle teamet bestående av kommersiell direktør, revenue, kreative innholdsprodusenter og kommersiell koordinator.
