Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and professional waiters to join our exceptional front-of-house team. At TAK, every detail matters, and as a waiter, you will be integral to delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience for our guests.

Who We Are Looking For

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide attentive, professional, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations
• Menu Expertise: Demonstrate thorough knowledge of TAK’s menu, including food pairings, sake, and beverage offerings, to confidently guide and inspire guests
• Upselling & Recommendations: Leverage your expertise to recommend dishes, beverages, pairings to enhance the experience
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining area, ensuring all standards are met consistently
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth coordination and timing of service
• Problem-Solving: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and challenges with professionalism and poise

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who embody professionalism, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in high-end restaurants or similar environments, with a strong focus on delivering impeccable service
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English or Swedish. Additional language skills are a plus
• In-depth Knowledge of Restaurants: Understanding of food, beverage, and service standards in high quality dining establishments
• Attention to Detail: Ability to anticipate guest needs, maintain standards, and create memorable experiences
• Strong Communication Skills: Confidence and clarity in interacting with guests and team members
• Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellence
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Employment Type
This position is available as both hourly or seasonal.
Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
