We are seeking several competent individuals to join our team in the Breakfast / Restaurant / Bar / Dishwasher, as our activity continues to grow .

We are looking for service-oriented and outgoing individuals who are eager to be part of our fantastic team. Whether you have experience as a server, bartender or dishwasher, we would love to hear from you!

As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks will include greeting guests with a smile, providing menu recommendations, and serving food and drinks professionally and efficiently. You will also assist in clearing and setting tables and handling payments. The ability to work well during busy periods with a friendly attitude and excellent service is essential.

If you have experience in serving, that’s a plus, but we are also open to candidates with a positive attitude and a desire to learn. The most important qualities are reliability, flexibility, and a genuine interest in providing the best service possible.

As a Bartender, you have a crucial role in creating unique experiences for the bar and restaurant's guests. It is desirable that you have a burning interest in, and good knowledge of, food and drink, have a sense of humor, are professional and personal in your interactions with other people, and have a positive energy that is contagious. You are proactive, like to test your way to different drinks, and have often specialized in something unique. The more geeky, the better. We would like to see that you have experience from similar work, and have good references. 

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure is key to keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and create outstanding guest experiences.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by helping out whenever needed.
• Collaborate actively with other departments to deliver the highest service standards.
• Maintain a "Yes, I can" attitude.
• Handle orders, serve food, and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Position: Extra Help (Temporary)

Location: Wood Hotel Bodø, Fjellveien 187
Work Hours: Rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for food and drinks, and a unique ability to connect with guests.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.

 You are a team player, but can work well independently. You are responsible and driven by good cooperation between you and your colleagues, and you take full ownership of the guests' total hotel experience, and not just your own work area, every day.
