Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund fortsätter att positionera sig som det ledande och mest passionerade hotellet i Östersund och nu söker vi en ny stjärna till vår restaurang Brasseri NÒR.
Vi söker dig som har klipp i steget och studs i dojan och som brinner lika mycket för fantastiska gästmöten samt mat och dryck i kombination som vi gör.

Jag som rekryterar heter Simone Engqvist och jobbar som Operations Manager på Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund.
Jag har lång erfarenhet av hotell &- restaurangbranschen och har arbetat i flera olika positioner både inom restaurang/bar samt på hotellet.
Som ledare är jag närvarande, tydlig och och förstår att alla individers styrkor är det som gör dynamiken i teamet. Jag drivs utav människor, möten och hitta nya och gemensamma vägar för att nå våra mål. Därför förväntar jag mig också utav dig att du älskar att träffa våra gäster och tillsammans med ditt team ge en service utöver det vanliga.
VEM ÄR DET VI LETAR EFTER?
- Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i ala carté restaurang.
- Du ser merförsäljning som en naturlig del utav upplevelsen för gästen.
- Du bör vara nyfiken, orädd och alltid se möjligheter.
- Du har erfarenhet av att hantera gästfeedback och känner dig trygg med att lösa utmaningar med gästen i fokus.
- Du är social och kommunikativ, mötet med människor faller dig naturligt och du tar gärna initiativ för dialog.
- Du har lätt för att arbeta självgående och ta egna initiativ, men älskar att arbeta som ett team.
- Vi är ett gäng på hotellet som älskar högt tempo och vara där det händer mycket, vilket betyder att även du behöver trivas när det är full fart.
- Du behärskar svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift
